Home Run Derby VR Contest
This is definitely one of the most popular packages, encouraging guests to compete for the top spot. We work with our clients to ensure all physical elements of the VR booth is branded to their liking and get a customized scoreboard going to keep the competitors engaged.
We bring an extra TV to make sure the scoreboard is always in view, while the other TV continues to show the guest experience. Often times, we will bring the top 10 competitors back at the end of the event for a playoff-style finale to award a prize or an overall winner. This is great because it incites a level of competition among the guests, encourages people to return to see where their score sits (great for conventions), and is an extremely quick experience allowing maximum throughput.
VR Race Cars
One of the major appeals of virtual reality is the feeling of actually being in a remote location. For racing events, it’s tough to replicate the environment unless you can actually grab a hold of the steering wheel and put the pedal to the metal – so we provide exactly that.
For select racing experiences, we are able to provide a set up a full racing rig to simulate the feeling of the guest being in the cockpit of their favorite race car. They can choose from hundreds of cars, any of their favorite tracks, and test their skills. The steering wheel and pedals both have force feedback, meaning you can even feel every turn as you race to the finish. All of our clients have loved this experience, and its ease of customization really helps to make sure it can fit in a variety of different themed events.
VR Biking
Have a fitness-related theme or product and looking to provide a related next-level experience? Our VR Biking package is the perfect option. We not only provide all of the necessary VR equipment, but stationary bikes on site which are mapped to the VR experience to make it as realistic as possible. The faster the VR user pedals, the faster they go. You can bike around the world in virtual reality or even compete against your friend (sitting right next to you within the same VR experience). This is definitely a fan favorite for guests of all ages, taking an activity everyone enjoys into a whole new world. We also have the option of running scoreboards, casting the users experience onto any nearby screen, or branding all the different elements. It’s definitely an attention grabber, and an experience the guest won’t soon forget.
