Branded Events and Activation's
Depending on what the client is looking for, there are a lot of great options when looking to incorporate a brand into an event. For those looking for a branded giveaway we have a couple of different options. The first is a portable VR solution - VR goggles that hook directly into your smartphone! While all of our VR experiences require a high-end PC and headset, there is no shortage of 360 videos available on the internet and these portable VR goggles are small enough to fit in your pocket and allow you to experience VR anywhere. They come in a variety of colors and we can place a custom logo front and center to provide something unique to all of the guests.
Another great option for branded giveaways is a custom flash drive with pictures and videos of the guests experiencing high-end VR for the first time.
If you are really looking for a unique way to show off your brand, you can try our mixed immersion green screen setup. This not only allows the guests to try unbelievable VR experiences but will also display a video of them directly engaged in and surrounded by the virtual environment on a separate TV! Plus, within the experience we are able to add in a logo to create amazing customized videos and unforgettable memories.
Lastly, there are a lot of great options for a simple logo placement at the event. For every person experiencing virtual reality, there are typically 5-10 people taking pictures as they interact with their virtual environment. We can place a logo in the background to be shown in all of these pictures, or even on the headset itself to ensure the brand is prominently featured in all of the pictures from the event.

VR is the perfect addition to any wedding. Whether you choose to add it to the reception or even the rehearsal dinner, it's guaranteed to entertain the attendees. It's also the perfect way to add a personal touch to the entertainment - you can share a video at the beginning or end of any game/experience in virtual reality for all of the guests to view in a whole new way. We have had some clients drop in a simple slide show, while others chose to record a welcome video for all of their guests to see as they start their VR experience.
