We have developed an easy three-step process in order to successfully deliver VR to your next trade show, conference, or corporate party:

1. Consultation:

As soon as you submit a request on our website, one of our VR experts will give you a call to learn more about your goals for incorporating virtual reality into your event. Looking to promote your brand at an upcoming trade show? Hoping to find some new and engaging team building activities? Want to make sure your next corporate party is one to remember? We'll walk you through all of the details, and we'll curate a menu of VR environments that will engage and entertain your guests. We'll tell you about our different VR booth setups, and we'll work together to decide how many virtual reality booths and VR stations should be needed in order to maximize the VR experience at the event!

2. Logistics:

Once we have agreed on the menu of VR experiences and booths for your event, we will take it from there! We handle all of the procurement, preparation, and transportation of the most advanced VR equipment on the market. Our staff of VR technicians will arrive on-site prior to the beginning of the event to set up the equipment!

3. Execution:

Once the event starts, it’s showtime! We provide friendly and knowledgeable VR experts at each VR booth throughout the duration of the event. They will assist your guests into and out of their VR experiences, ensuring that everyone is having a great time. Depending on your goals for the event, our staff can assist with photography, competitions, prizes, and social media. If needed, our staff can act as ambassadors on your behalf, wearing the attire of your choice and generating goodwill and positive brand impressions throughout the event. When the party is over, our staff will promptly break down the VR station. What We Ask From Our Clients:

From start to finish we handle every aspect of the VR experience – customization, branding, setup, operations, the equipment, TV’s, breakdown, and more. All we ask from our clients is a few easy things:

  • Space: In an ideal setup, each VR booth has approximately 10’ x 10’ of available space. This is to maximize the user experience. However, if space is tight we can go smaller.

  • Power: The power requirements for a Virtual Reality Booth is fairly minimal - we need access to one standard three prong outlet per VR booth.

  • Cover: In situations where we are outdoors, we need cover from direct sunlight and to protect the equipment from inclement weather.
